This Is Not a Breakdown — It’s a Divine Release

This Is Not a Breakdown — It’s a Divine Release

By Colleeno Chippy

There are moments in life when everything feels like it is shifting at once. Relationships change. Doors close. Conversations feel different. Energy feels heavier. Your spirit feels unsettled, yet strangely clearer. And you begin to wonder if you are losing something… or if you are finally being freed.

Not every ending comes to destroy you.

Some endings come to deliver you.

Sometimes God does not remove you gently. Sometimes He removes you firmly, because what you were connected to was quietly draining your spirit, blurring your discernment, and shrinking your sense of self.

A divine release does not always feel peaceful at first.

It often feels confusing.

It can feel emotional.

It can feel lonely.

It can feel like resistance from every direction.

But what is actually happening is this:

Your spirit is being repositioned.

When God Dismantles What Has Been Draining You

There are seasons when you have outgrown the environment you are in, but you are still trying to survive there. You are still adjusting to imbalance. You are still explaining your worth. You are still carrying emotional weight that was never meant to be yours.

And quietly, without warning, God begins to remove what your heart could not.

Not because you are weak.

But because you are becoming whole.

Some structures fall because they were never built on peace.

Some connections dissolve because they were never aligned with your future.

Some doors close because they were never meant to be permanent.

This is not loss.

This is divine correction.

You Are Not Breaking — You Are Being Released

A breakdown leaves you empty.

A divine release leaves you clearer, calmer, and more aware of your worth.

You may not feel “excited” yet — but you feel lighter.

You may not see the full picture — but you feel safer.

You may not know what comes next — but you feel less confused.

That is how you know God has moved.

You are not being punished.

You are being preserved.

The Peace That Follows Is Proof

When God removes what was draining you, peace returns slowly — gently — quietly.

You start sleeping better.

You stop over-explaining yourself.

You feel less anxious.

You trust your intuition again.

You stop questioning your worth.

That peace is your confirmation.

Your spirit recognizes freedom before your mind does.

Conclusion

If things feel like they are shifting around you — it is not because you are losing control.

It is because God is restoring alignment.

This is not the end of your story.

This is the beginning of your healing.

And what God is removing now

will never be allowed to return.
