Trust the Process

 Trust the Process

By Colleeno Chippy

There comes a moment in every becoming season when the ground beneath you feels unfamiliar. Old rhythms no longer fit, old comforts no longer satisfy, and yet the new has not fully formed. This is often the space where faith is stretched, courage is refined, and trust is truly tested.

Trusting the process is not about pretending the journey is easy. It is about believing that what feels uncertain is still being divinely directed. Luke 9 reminds us that when God calls us forward, He does not send us empty. He sends us equipped, even when we don’t yet recognize the fullness of what we carry.

Many people delay their next chapter because they are waiting to feel “ready.” But faith does not grow in comfort — it grows in movement. When you take that first step, you activate clarity. When you move forward in obedience, you begin to see provision. When you trust the process, you begin to experience alignment.

There will be moments when your path does not make sense to others. Some may not understand your timing, your choices, or your sudden boldness. Luke 9 teaches us that not everyone will receive what God is doing in you — and that is not a sign of failure. It is often a sign of redirection. Rejection does not mean you are wrong. It often means you are moving forward.

The wilderness seasons are not punishment seasons. They are preparation seasons. They strip away distractions, refine your discernment, and deepen your dependence on God. You are being strengthened in unseen ways so that you can carry what is coming next.

Trusting the process means trusting that every delay, every closed door, and every uncomfortable stretch is shaping you into someone who can steward the blessings ahead. Growth requires movement. Healing requires courage. Destiny requires obedience.

If you are standing at the edge of change today — unsure but hopeful, nervous but faithful — know this: your willingness to move forward is already proof that God is working with you, not against you.

Your steps matter.

Your faith matters.

Your becoming matters.

And your process is not random — it is purposeful.
