God Did Not Bring You This Far to Leave You: Signs That Breakthrough Is Near

“Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion…”

If God has brought you this far, He has every intention of finishing the story.


Breakthrough doesn’t always announce itself.

Sometimes it looks like struggle before success.

Sometimes it looks like delays before deliverance.

Sometimes it looks like pressure right before the blessing breaks open.


If you’ve been following my blogs, you know this truth well:

God does not start what He cannot finish.


If you are still here…

If you are still standing…

If you are still becoming…


Then your story is still unfolding.



Sign 1: The Enemy Starts Fighting Harder


The closer you get to breakthrough, the more the enemy tries to distract, discourage, or drain you.


He knows what’s coming — and it scares him.


But remember:


“No weapon formed against you shall prosper.”

— Isaiah 54:17


Weapons may form. But they won’t win.



Sign 2: Old Doors Start Closing Suddenly


Loss often appears right before gain.


People leave.

Things shift.

Plans collapse.


That’s not rejection —

that’s redirection to something better.


God removes what can’t go where you’re going.



Sign 3: You Feel a Holy Restlessness


You know you’re made for more — even if you can’t yet see it.


That stirring in your spirit?

That yearning in your heart?

That desire for transformation?


It’s God pushing you into the future He already prepared.



Sign 4: Unexpected Favor Begins to Show Up


Random blessings.

Divine connections.

Opportunities you didn’t ask for.


Grace starts getting louder than obstacles.


Breakthrough shows signs before it arrives.



Sign 5: You’re Growing in Strength You Never Knew You Had


Look back…

You survived what was supposed to destroy you.


Your faith is stronger.

Your heart is wiser.

Your soul is anchored.


God has been preparing you —

not punishing you.
